Regardless of the selected schedule, 4 nights from November 6 to November 10 will always be included.
Tournament entry (optional): 8,000 JPY per division (multiple entries allowed).
Accommodation is mandatory. The stay must include the period November 7–12, 2025 (e.g., November 6–13 is also acceptable).
Accommodation fee (per person, per night, including dinner): Adult 8,150 JPY / Elementary school student (ages 6–12) 7,150 JPY / Preschool child (age 5 or younger, with meals) 5,000 JPY / Preschool child (age 5 or younger, without meals) 2,000 JPY / Infant (age 2 or younger) Free
Breakfast (optional): 1,000 JPY per person per day (applied for all nights of stay).
The main party is optional, but mandatory if you enter the tournament.

Transportation between the hotel and the competition venue is free of charge (no application required).
Airport transfer: For arrivals on November 7 and departures on November 12, 2,000 JPY per person will automatically be added.
For other dates, a minimum of 10 passengers is required (2,000 JPY per person, advance application needed). Please specify the date(s) in the “Requests” field.
